As two newly weds with big dreams of starting a company together, we often surprise people when we tell them about our idea . Gary is a mechanical engineer at BYU and Odille is a respiratory therapist. Not exactly the backgrounds you may expect from two people trying to start a baked potato company.  One thing is for certain - life has had a funny way of directing us.
